New systems will provide centralized data management, real-time visibility and enhanced data analysis, improving aircraft safety and operational quality

TOKYO, Feb. 2, 2026 – All Nippon Airways (Headquarters: Tokyo; hereinafter “ANA”) today announced a strategic partnership with Swiss AviationSoftware Ltd. (Headquarters: Switzerland; hereinafter “Swiss-AS”) and MINT Software Systems (Headquarters: Germany; hereinafter “MINT”) to launch a comprehensive, multi-year overhaul of ANA’s core maintenance systems, driving operational excellence and digital transformation across its global business.
As part of the transformation project, ANA will leverage Swiss-AS’s industry-leading “AMOS” solution for managing aircraft, engine and component maintenance management, alongside “MINT TMS” from MINT for advanced training, qualification and resource optimization. The integrated suite is projected to go live in fiscal year 2027, underpinning ANA’s commitment to enhanced operational efficiency.
Currently, ANA’s group maintenance divisions operate more than 10 independent, specialized systems. This fragmentation limits data sharing across departments and reduces real-time situational awareness, impacting business agility and strategic decision-making. Consolidating these core functions into a single, unified platform powered by AMOS and MINT TMS will enable centralized data management and real-time operational visibility.
This strategic transition will standardize business processes in line with international standards and significantly enhance data analytics capabilities for predictive maintenance and optimized planning. Moving forward, ANA will continue its commitment to driving digital transformation (DX), leveraging advanced technologies to foster smarter, more efficient workflows and contribute to the development and future-ready evolution of the aviation industry.
Vision for Digital Transformation in Maintenance Department
